Glenview, IL – August 22, 2011 - LCR Hallcrest, a Chicago based manufacturer of
temperature sensitive inks and promotional products that change color, has been
working closely with Chip Beck, a PGA Tour, Professional, in the development and
production of an innovative interactive training tool, that teaches you how to play better
golf. Chip has a passion for the game, has won four PGA Tour events and recorded the
second 59 in PGA Tour History.
Grip Guides for Golf is an adhesive backed template designed to fit right on to the golf
club grip. This template is Chips' grip, which is modeled after the Harry Vardon grip,
imprinted on the template is LCR Hallcrests color changing inks to indicate the hands
are in the proper position.
The golfer immediately knows if he is holding the club correctly by the color change. If no
color change has occurred, the hands can be adjusted to the proper position. This color
change template will provide feedback every time the club is gripped, allowing for a true
interactive training experience every time.
The Grip Guide for Golf is the first training tool that
can be affixed to any golf club and interacts with the
golfer to insure that the hands are in the proper
position, monitoring heel and thumb pads, hand
placement and pressure points.
